In the digital environment where loose validity the physical properties of the media as much as its representational capacities centred in the author, we are made to reconsider the function of this as producer. If the speed with which data is processed on the net makes the classification of this secondary, the function of the author can not be centred in the world of categorization, but in the world of the recognition of patrons and the processing of information. That is to say, the fundamental task of digital production can be found in the capacity of management and building tools and contexts for their use. Autonomous zones for the construction of new relations, where the work of art is more and more a space that makes possible an interchange of information in which the role of the author is to manage this information.

Nodecurated is a management tool for online curatorships. This tool synthesises the basic parameters defined in the functions of author as manager and work of art as a tool, where the user plays the determinant role in its configuration. Nevertheless, this project aims to be a tool of analysis of the practices of creation on the net. In this way, an open context is defined in the environment of cultural production on the net, favouring the presence of conceptual suggestions in the area of digital practices.

Nodecurated is a system of visualisation of information for curatorial projects on the net, a field where there is too much dependence on traditional curatorial projects. Nodecurated proposes to rethink of the net from the net itself, putting forward a tool of dialogue, where the different suggestions of curatorial practice do not remain unheard but open to multiple relationships through the process of the reading of these.
